2. Uberblick uber die Datenverarbeitung
Diese Datenschutzerklarung gilt fur die Website und Webanwendung Ustafix.app. Personenbezogene Daten werden nur verarbeitet, soweit dies fur die Bereitstellung der Plattform, Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist oder eine gesetzliche Grundlage vorliegt.
3. Rechtsgrundlagen
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung), lit. b (Vertrag), lit. c (rechtliche Verpflichtung), lit. f (berechtigtes Interesse).
4. Hosting und Infrastruktur
Vercel (Hosting), Supabase (Datenbank, Authentifizierung, Speicher), Groq (Sprachtranskription und Ubersetzung), Resend (E-Mail-Versand).
5. Registrierung und Authentifizierung
Verarbeitet werden insbesondere E-Mail-Adresse, Name, gehashtes Passwort, Projektrolle, Session-Tokens und Sicherheitsinformationen.
6. Daten auf der Plattform
Projektstammdaten, Mangeldaten, Medien, Kommentare, Statusverlaufe, Abnahmeprotokolle, Mitgliedschaften, Einladungen und Benachrichtigungseinstellungen.
7. KI-gestutzte Verarbeitung
Die Sprachfunktion ist optional. Audio wird verschlusselt an Groq ubertragen und fur Transkription/Ubersetzung verarbeitet.
8. Cookies und lokale Speicherung
Es werden technisch notwendige Cookies und lokale Speichertechnologien genutzt. Tracking-, Werbe- oder Analyse-Cookies werden derzeit nicht eingesetzt.
9. Kontaktaufnahme
Bei E-Mail-Kontakt werden mitgeteilte Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage verarbeitet.
10. Webanalyse
Derzeit werden keine Tracking- oder Marketing-Tools eingesetzt.
11. SSL/TLS
Die Website nutzt SSL-/TLS-Verschlusselung.
12. Weitergabe an Dritte
Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nur bei Einwilligung, Vertragserfullung, rechtlicher Pflicht oder berechtigtem Interesse.

Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es fur den Zweck erforderlich ist oder Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

2. Scope of Processing
This policy applies to the Ustafix.app website and web application. Personal data is processed only when necessary to provide the platform and services, or where required by law.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Groq (AI transcription and translation), Resend (email invitations).
5. Registration and Authentication
Processed data includes email address, name, hashed password, project role, session tokens, and security-related authentication information.
6. Platform Data
Project data, defect records, media content, comments, status history, acceptance records, memberships, invitations, and notification settings are processed to deliver the service.
7. AI-based Processing
The voice feature is optional. Audio is transmitted in encrypted form to Groq for transcription and translation.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Only technically required cookies and local storage technologies are used for functionality. No tracking or marketing cookies are currently used.
9. Contact
When you contact us by email, your submitted data is processed to handle your request.
10. Analytics
No web analytics or marketing tracking tools are currently in use.
11. SSL/TLS
The website and web app use SSL/TLS encryption.
12. Data Sharing
Data is shared only with consent, for contract fulfillment, due to legal obligations, or based on legitimate interests.

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or legal retention periods.
